Domesteq Service Solutions is the National Capital Region’s only responsible domestic staff agency.  We have been giving professional and socially responsible help to Expats and Residents in Delhi and the NCR since 2007.  Our placement service helps you to find the staff you require with confidence and speed.  Our comprehensive dossiers on staff, drawn from a database reflecting decades of experience include verified work history and references.  Our consultants help define your requirements and organize your household quickly and effectively.  You receive essential information on managing staff including market norms, trial & interview tips, sample contracts and example duty rosters. Although initially when the company opened three years ago, we sourced and trained domestic staff specifically for expats, since early 2009 we have been very successful in finding staff for local families as well.  In fact today we source staff for more local families than expatriate ones.  Our candidates’ files contain verified references and as much detail and background on each candidate as we have been able to glean.  We match our client’s household needs with the candidate’s past experience and their expectations (which are almost always based on their previous posts). We provide the information and our client interviews and makes their choice.  We do not register every staff member that comes to us - we register only those with legal working papers and verifiable references.  We do not charge the domestic staff anything at all and the charges to the client reflect those charges already being paid in the market.  We hold a black list of domestic staff who have been involved in criminal activity - this information is provided to us by the community and is well documented. Domesteq is proud to be a responsible agency and we are currently working closely with the NSDC (a public/private partnership between the Indian Govt and the CII - Confederation of Indian Industry) to create responsible and financially viable models for both the agency aspect and for training domestic staff so as to create the right environment for others to follow our lead.
