REGISTER YOUR STAFF

Staff can register at Domesteq on any weekday morning from 9.30am. 

All staff should bring the following:

  • Original reference letters
  • Proof of identification (election card, ration card or passport)
  • Four identical passport size photos 
  • All drivers must bring their valid driving license  
  • Staff must provide copies of all their papers for our files

Please provide an international email address and phone number so that we can contact you for candid feedback on your staff.

If you have inherited staff or hired staff from elsewhere you can still send them to Domesteq to be registered.  This is a FREE service and will help us build a reliable and verified database of household staff for the expat community in Delhi. 

If you are leaving Delhi and would like to help your staff find new jobs please ask them to register with us before you leave and let us know your leaving date.

 

Please note:  Domesteq will never knowingly look for jobs for staff that are currently employed unless we have phone or email confirmation from their current employers.
   
About our blacklist

DOMESTEQ has built a core of reliable and verified staff for the expat community. We also maintain a blacklist of staff that have been known to commit multiple serious infractions.  It is important for the safety and security of the entire community that we know when one of your former staff falls into this category whether you hired your staff through Domesteq or not.  Please feel free to call us and check if your existing staff or any you may be considering hiring is on our blacklist.
