Appointment
Please call for an appointment and allow at least one hour.
We are open Monday - Friday 9:30am - 4:30pm. If you require
an appointment outside of office hours, we will be happy to
accommodate you.
Interview
We meet with you, the employer, in person in our offices.
This helps us to know a bit more about you and assist in assessing
your requirements. At this first meeting you will be required
to pay an application fee of Rs. 2,000 which is good for the
entire time you are in Delhi should you need to add to your
household at any time in the future.

Search
We search our database of approved candidates for those who
most closely fit your requirements.
Selection
In our offices, we provide a shortlist of candidate’s
files, based on the information you have given. All our candidates
have undergone verification: each candidate’s work history
is checked and former employers are contacted for candid feedback.
Copies of references from former employers as well as correspondence
from those that we have been able to contact are in each file.
These files also include salary requirements and details about
their families as well as other pertinent information which
will give you a clearer picture of the candidate. From this
short-list you will be asked to select those candidates you
would like to interview. We will organise the interviews either
at your home or in our offices according to your needs. Domesteq
has Hindi speaking staff who carry out all staff registrations
to ensure the staff information on file is accurate.
Fees
If you hire staff that have been introduced to you by Domesteq
we charge a referral fee equivalent to six weeks salary plus
12.36% service tax which is due within seven days of first
day of employment/trial. There is a guarantee period on all
staff supplied by Domesteq.
Advice and Guidance:
Finally, we give you advice (both verbal and written) that
should help you build a successful working relationship with
your staff. We can provide guidance on contracts, benefits
and salary negotiation and our FAQ hand-out will help you
avoid common pitfalls.
Please Note: A majority of the staff registered
at Domesteq have worked within the expat community for most
of their lives. As a result, they have certain expectations
regarding their working environment and generally expect
to work an 8-10 hour day, 6 days a week. Overtime is usually
paid at the local market rate. We are unable to supply staff
that is expected to work 24/7.
