What kind of domestic workers do you place?
We have drivers, ayahs, housekeepers, cooks and all-rounders on our database

Are Domesteq’s workers trained or semi-skilled?
Some workers come to us with experience and others are novices.  During the interview process we do our best to determine their skill level although it is very subjective.  Each domestic worker on our database must attend a two day orientation course taught at our training centre in Gurgaon.  During this course they are given basic hygiene, work ethics, product knowledge, work organisation and communication skills

Are Domesteq’s candidates registered with the police?
Currently, in our Gurgaon office only we automatically registered the domestic workers once they have been successfully placed with a family. Once registered, the worker is given an identification card that provides a serial number matching their registration.  There is an extra charge for this service

What are the average salaries of Domesteq workers?
Domesteq’s candidates average between 5,000-15,000 rs per month depending on their level of skill and experience.  The salary they ask for is always indicative of their previous posts – Domesteq does not set or suggest salary levels to the workers

Is there a guaranteed replacement if the Domesteq candidate does not work out?
If the domestic worker does not work out and the referral fee has been paid we will do our best to replace them immediately but there is no guarantee we will be able to do so.  In the event that within (30) days of the commencement of that employment the domestic worker resigns or is discharged by the Employer, Domesteq will undertake to provide the Employer with one replacement if the initial invoice has been paid in full.  In the event that employment of chosen domestic worker falls through after the 30 days and before 6 months, the referral fee for the replacement to fill the same job would be half of the original fee paid by the client.  If the worker leaves or is let go anytime beyond 6 months the full placement fee must be paid for a replacement
