Who will be in contact with me post arrival?

A consultant will be in contact from the very beginning; the trained consultant will meet and greet you at the airport and will coordinate and arrange all services.

Can temporary accommodation be arranged prior to arrival?

Yes, we can assist you in arranging temporary accommodation in either a service apartment, guest house , hotel which will be based on  the individuals needs and requirements until permanent accommodation is finalized.

Can you assist me in finding housing where there are other expats residing?

We work closely with the Real Estate agents who will provide expert advice. Every case is different so we work very closely with the families/individual to understand their needs. The consultant will send you a questionnaire prior to arrival.

How can you assist me with schooling, what information will be required from the schools?

Our consultant will work with you in providing all the necessary information to the schools, typically schools require student information prior to arranging an appointment. The consultant will send you a questionnaire in which you can provide the requested information and have this forwarded to the school. Appointments can then be arranged by the consultant who will accompany you during the orientation and tour and guide you through the administration process.

Can you show me where to shop for imported food items?

Our specially designed city tour/orientation is based on your day to day needs. We are there to ensure a smooth transition and answer any concerns you may have.

How soon must I register with the Foreign Registration Office (FRO)?

It is required that you register with the FRO within 14 days of arrival. Our consultant will accompany you for the visit and guide you through the whole process.
